As a vegan mother with a vegan child (14yrs) I can assure that if you have a balanced vegan diet you will always going to be super healthy!

Fruits. Any fruit or 100% fruit juice counts as part of the fruit group. Fruits may be fresh, frozen, or dried, and may be whole, cut-up, or pureed.
Protein. Go lean on protein. Vary your protein routine. Choose more nuts, seeds, peas, and beans.
